Total Body Reset: Training in strength, mobility, and stability, with the use of weights and resistance bands.
Mat Pilates: A complete approach to developing body awareness, focusing specifically on the core to help promote flexibility, leaning and toning of the entire body
Cardio Dance: Dance it out and work up a sweat in this fun cardio class that will get your heart pumping and boost your mood!
All Levels Yoga Flow: An all-levels practice, includes poses to stretch, build strength, balance, range of motion incorporated with breath work and brief meditation.
Functionally Fit: This class consists of balance, strength, core, and functional movement exercises.
Agility and Stability: This class will create a strong and sturdy body by shifting side to side and up and down. Learn to be secure in your body.
Hour of Power: Lunges, crunch, squat and punch for a Solid Body!
Specialty & Push it! Classes
Power Pilates: This barre inspired class is designed to create long lean muscles by targeting and waking up muscles that are seldom used. The class incorporates weights, bands, rollers and balls to create better posture, balance and smooth lean muscle development. All levels welcome.
Raise the Barre: This class combines an upbeat cardio routine and interval training to get your heart rate up as well as Barre exercises which will firm and tone the entire body. Each week you will get a full body workout that will compliment you weekly workout routine.
Keep Moving: A fun aerobic and upper body strength routine that elevates your heart rate utilizing step, weights, core work, and flexibility exercises.
Push-it! Stretch 45: This class offers a deep full body stretch. Participants experience increased flexibility, relaxation, and improved athletic performance. A must for all ages and abilities.
Push-It! Small Group HIIT Strength: This class is a fast -paced small group training session. The class focuses on strength training with an added cardio benefit. The class changes weekly to provide a great full body workout. New participants must meet with a Push personal trainer prior to starting class.
Push-it! TRX: This quick-paced class uses a suspension apparatus and focuses on full body resistance training. TRX incorporates bars, body weight and dumbbells. It is recommended that participants have worked with weights in the past.
